Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive performance testing initiatives across multiple game projects, including planning, strategy development, and collaboration with external partners. Define key performance indicators and system architecture to monitor client and network performance metrics. Establish and manage device compatibility strategies, including profiling and benchmarking across iOS and Android devices. Troubleshoot and identify performance issues such as memory leaks and API inefficiencies impacting gameplay. Develop and execute network scalability and simulation tests, leveraging automation tools and integrating telemetry data. QA Test Lead (Performance Testing)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance testing, QA engineering, or software development with a focus on gaming. Proven leadership experience in QA or performance testing environments, with familiarity managing external vendor teams. Strong knowledge of mobile performance profiling tools and hardware constraints, including PerfDog, Android Studio Profiler, and Xcode Instruments. Deep understanding of network protocols such as UDP, TCP, TLS/SSL, and HTTP/3 (QUIC), and experience with network analysis utilities. Hands-on experience with cloud networking services like AWS or Google Cloud, and knowledge of advanced network routing concepts.
