Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive end-to-end test automation and manual quality assurance for a leading technology platform. Our team is focused on building a next-generation automation framework, ensuring reliable and efficient support experiences for both consumers and internal agents.

Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain UI automation code, develop and expand an automation framework supporting both first and third-party software. Conduct exploratory manual tests in addition to automated test creation, adapting approach based on evolving business priorities. Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues to sustain and improve quality engineering processes. Collaborate with product stakeholders to draft and execute comprehensive test plans for feature launches and enhancements.

Required:

Demonstrated experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Strong proficiency with API testing protocols: REST, GraphQL, or gRPC. Hands-on skills with scripting languages including Python and JavaScript. Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, as well as writing detailed test plans in close partnership with product stakeholders.
