CC&B Sr. Test Analyst

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking a CC&B Senior Test Analyst to conduct end-to-end testing activities for applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with industry standards, and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong utility industry domain expertise, experience in test planning and execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, exposure to test automation, including Tosca, is preferred. CC&B Experience

Test Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications.
• Perform functional and performance testing of CC&B applications and system integrations.
• Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution.

Defect Management & Quality Assurance:

• Identify, document, and track defects using

JIRA, HP

ALM, or similar tools.

• Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations.
• Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.
• Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.

Salary Range $100,000-$110,000 year
