Role and Responsibilities:
Full-Time position supporting the TESS Task Order filling an Associate Test Engineer position supporting Integrated Combat Systems (ICS) across all phases of its lifecycle with limited travel.
Duties include:
system engineering, test planning and analysis, technical assistance with combat systems equipment. The position is located at Port Hueneme, CA.
Position Duties:
Either Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree and 0-1 years experience. Provide engineering expertise and solutions to analyze and assess new technologies and initiatives. Provide technical support for delivering systems engineering and technical assistance. Support the development and maintenance of essential technical documentation such as engineering plans, system specifications, design documentation, and requirements documents. Responsible for general program support tasks such as analyzing system production and lifecycle costs, developing rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, performing feasibility analyses and concept studies, and developing program requirements documentation. Assist with supporting requirements definition and system design and development, integration, and testing. Capable of interacting with Sponsors and Fleet personnel on design, production, development, and in-service efforts for the ICS program. Must have a valid driver's license with own transportation and able to travel extensively. Must be able to satisfactorily complete background check and get a government clearance. Must be able to follow company policies and procedures. Must be able to clearly write, speak and understand English and able to write clear, detailed technical monthly reports.

Navy A/C School Mandatory Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of working aboard US Navy ships pier side and at-sea.
