• Level 2/3 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA.

This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future. As a SIT engineer, you will work in an integrated product team (IPT) environment to design, develop, and implement test plans and procedures for software (SW) requirement verification & validation. You will be responsible for SW integration, requirement analysis, test planning and execution, SW performance analysis, troubleshooting and coordination for remediation. In this role you will write test procedure scripts in Perl, Python, Linux, and with automated software test tools. In support of the test execution leads, you will conduct test walk throughs, and communicate plans, status and out-briefs with the IPT leads, team members, and the customer. This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3. Basic Qualifications for Level 2: Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in STEM Must have an active SCI at time of application or an active TS clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain SCI within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company prior to start date Working knowledge of software integration and test principles and processes Experience in Test Automation scripting and languages (Perl, Python, Linux, automated software test tools such as Eggplant, Robot Framework, and Selenium) Experience using Atlassian software development tool suite (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, etc) Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of related experience; OR a Master's degree in STEM with 3 years of related experience; OR, a PhD with 1 year of related experience Must have an active SCI at time of application or an active TS clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain SCI within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company prior to start date Working knowledge of software integration and test principles and processes Experience in Test Automation scripting and languages (Perl, Python, Linux, automated software test tools such as Eggplant, Robot Framework, and Selenium) Experience using Atlassian software development tool suite (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, etc)
