retirement plan Employee discounts Core ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative Production (Primary Role) Design production-ready artwork using FlexiSIGN, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Create graphics for: Banners Window graphics Vinyl lettering Wall murals Vehicle graphics / wraps Dimensional lettering ADA signage Retail displays Trade show graphics Architectural signage Specialty custom fabrication projects Develop proofs, mockups, color studies, and client presentation files Prepare print-ready / cut-ready files for production with strong attention to detail Manage revisions, maintain organized digital files, and uphold production standards Client Communication / Project Coordination Work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person Help clients determine: best materials fabrication methods sizing installation requirements timelines budgets Translate ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions Coordinate projects from concept through production Print Production / Shop Operations Operate large-format equipment including: UV Flatbed printers UV Gel printers Eco Solvent printers Latex printers Plotters / cutters Laminators Load media, prep substrates for printing / offload Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and general upkeep Troubleshoot production issues efficiently and proactively AI / Automation / Systems Thinking (Highly Preferred) We are looking for someone who can contribute beyond daily design work by helping improve how our business operates.
