Job Description
We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to support daily office operations and create an organized, detail-focused environment for test takers.
Set up and maintain the testing environment according to specific test requirements.
Verify test taker identification and ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures.
Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or disruptions.
Assist test takers with technical difficulties and answer questions about the testing process.
Secure and return all test materials after each exam session.
Maintain accurate records of testing activities and report any irregularities.
Perform basic troubleshooting of testing software and equipment.
May be required to perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
