MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES

• Performs client and enterprise system build-outs at scale, identifying opportunities for efficiency gain and/or process improvement, while documenting completed work with detailed performance logs and build procedures. Is capable of managing inventory at scale of components that contribute to lab systems. Assesses the health of equipment being built and test runs being executed, proactively calling out any perceived issues while offering creative solutions to solve the team's biggest problems in this regard. Executes daily/weekly test cases using internal automation or vendor software.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Performs first level triage of test failures, requiring knowledge of our test infrastructure, NVMe and other industry spec, and Client internal device spec. Strong problem-solving and experimental design skills will be key to success in this role.
