Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Architect to join our team in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of designing and implementing performance testing strategies for complex applications. This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics, load testing, and the ability to analyze and interpret performance data to ensure optimal application performance.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance testing strategies for various applications to ensure they meet performance standards. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance testing requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools. Analyse performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues. Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on performance testing best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar. Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts. Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports. Solid understanding of application architecture and performance bottlenecks. Experience with cloud-based performance testing solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting. Experience in database performance testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on enterprise applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a
