Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL! The Senior QA Engineer will have the opportunity to ensure the highest quality of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies, automation frameworks, and performance validation. The role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing, including building frameworks from scratch, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and validating integrations across complex systems. The ideal candidate is highly skilled and motivated, with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Responsibilities include designing and executing detailed test cases, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to uphold quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
How You Will Contribute:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for web, desktop, and UI applications.
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke) and ensure thorough coverage.
- Build automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium and C# in Visual Studio.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing in Azure DevOps.
- Conduct API testing and validate integrations across multiple systems.
- Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Analyze requirements and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Maintain and optimize automation suites for scalability and reliability.
- Work with Oracle and SQL databases for data validation and backend testing.
- Document test results, defects, and provide detailed reports in Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with the QA Lead to ensure alignment with overall QA strategy and objectives.
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborating effectively.
