Job Description
Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance:
Secret Education and experience:Journeyman:
Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of relevant experienceSenior:
Associate's degree and 20 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15 years of relevant experience Experience supporting test and evaluation activities within DoD acquisition programs Experience supporting developmental and/or operational test eventsPreferred Qualifications Clearance:
Top Secret (TS) orTS/SCI Certifications:
DAWIA Level II or III in Test and Evaluation or equivalentExperience:
Experience supporting AFLCMC or other Air Force acquisition organizations Experience with armament systems (air-to-air, air-to-surface munitions, missiles, or related systems) Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs Strong knowledge of DoD test and evaluation processes and DoDI 5000 series Experience developing and reviewing TEMP and other test documentation Technical Skills Test planning, execution, and analysis (DT/OT) Requirements verification and validation Test data collection and analysis Familiarity with test tools, instrumentation, and data systems Risk management and mitigation planning Understanding of system performance evaluation and reporting Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate across engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders Attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesAdditional Information Location:

Onsite This is an evergreen position designed to pro-actively identify and engage highly qualified candidates for future openings across Odyssey's portfolio of acquisition and program management support efforts.
