Job Description Insight Global is seeking a QA Engineer to support testing and quality initiatives for connected IoT devices and firmware-based products. This individual will work closely with software engineers, QA team members, and field operations teams to ensure products are performing reliably and meeting business requirements. The ideal candidate has experience testing embedded systems, firmware, or connected devices and is comfortable creating test cases, documenting results, and troubleshooting issues. Responsibilities Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans Perform functional, regression, and firmware testing on IoT devices Document defects, troubleshooting steps, and testing results and communicate findings to engineering teams Partner with software engineers, QA team members, and field technicians to identify and resolve product issues Validate software and firmware releases prior to deployment Assist with root cause analysis and defect tracking through resolution Support the organization's transition from manual testing toward greater test automation Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and product quality We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
