Job Description

Experience:
10+ years Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks. Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects. Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams. Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers. Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis. Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement. Generic Managerial Skills, If any We are looking for strong profiles on the skills mentioned above
