Testing & Automation:

Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Tapsium, Selenium, Postman, and SoapUI. Develop test cases, test data, and automated test suites.

Defect Management:

Identify, analyze, document, and communicate defects, errors, and inconsistencies. Perform root cause analysis for critical defects and monitor resolution.

Documentation & Communication:

Document and track test plans, results, and unresolved issues. Communicate testing risks, high/critical defects, and project status to the team and customers.

Collaboration:

Participate in Agile rituals (e.g., Standups, Retrospectives) and ensure team collaboration. Attend working sessions with developers to resolve issues.

Process Improvement:

Review computer logs and reports for errors and improvements. Implement risk-based test strategies and industry best practices. Identify training needs and mentor teammates.

Database & Post-Production Testing:

Involved in database testing (SQL) and perform regression testing and post-production verification.

Team Coordination:

Ensure Jira tasks are updated and participate in daily standups. Support offshore teams with validations and end-to-end testing.

Deployment Support:

Assist with deployment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the day-to-day business operations. Perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
