Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Senior R2R Test Engineer to lead quality assurance for record-to-report (R2R) systems supporting our wholesale distribution operations. You will design and execute end-to-end test strategies across ERP, finance, and integration platforms, build and maintain automated test suites, and validate data integrity across complex financial workflows. Partner with IT, finance, and operations teams to define acceptance criteria, resolve defects, and improve release quality. Leverage your QA leadership to mentor testers, champion best practices, and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting at scale. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of functional, regression, and integration testing for R2 R/finance systems Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for ERP and related applications Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to define test requirements and acceptance criteria Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions with development teams Validate data integrity across ledgers, interfaces, and financial reports Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices and standards Support release planning, go-live readiness, and post-deployment validation Required Skills Software QA methodologies R2 R/finance process knowledge ERP testing (e.g., SAP/Oracle) Test automation frameworks SQL and data validation API/integration testing Defect management tools Test strategy and planning Performance and regression testing Documentation and reporting
