Technology Support III - Automation QA

As a Technology Support III team member in Healthcare Link team, you will be instrumental in delivering and deploying mission-critical business features. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts and managers, and third-party vendors to design and carry out comprehensive testing initiatives. Job responsibilities Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise Conduct product feature demonstrations for business stakeholders to showcase new functionality Collaborate with product teams to identify process gaps and uncover opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency Actively contribute to Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives focused on process optimization and transformation Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud Hand-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium,Cucumber,JMeter,TestNG,Blazemeter and JAVA Working experience of REST and SOAP web services, API Testing/Automation Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting Working understanding of public cloud
