Olive Avenue, WPB 35126 This position involves technical work contributing to the implementation and administration of quality assurance policies, practices, procedures, and technologies in software development. Attends Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with customers, senior managers, and developers to identify business processes and requirements; prepares meeting minutes with action items. Creates and maintains ongoing application software documentation. Updates the existing User Materials when application modules are updated; assists with the training sessions with customers. Participates as a team member in the planning, analysis, testing, and implementation of the phases of the application software development.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess one of the following: A Bachelor's Degree; minimum of one (1) year of experience in software development testing, OR An Associate's Degree; minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development testing, OR Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development testing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include experience with: Software quality assurance methodologies, manual testing, test case development, or defect management, Agile/Waterfall project environments, Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL/database testing, Application Programming Interface (API) testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, or documentation of test results, Validating compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards, Section 508 requirements, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, or industry best practices for inclusive digital experiences, Test automation, Continuous Integration/Deployment practices, source control platforms/Bitbucket, or robotic process automation tools/UiPath, and Supporting enterprise or government business systems.
