About the Role The QA Lead owns the quality assurance function and is responsible for the quality, reliability, and integrity of the organization's software products. This role is designed for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong software development experience who is passionate about building scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will write production-quality code, develop AI-assisted automated testing frameworks, and integrate intelligent testing into the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop, code, and maintain AI-assisted automated test frameworks and test scripts. Define and improve QA strategy, standards, processes, and documentation. Lead testing activities across concurrent projects and releases. Serve as the quality gate for releases and provide go/no-go recommendations. Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD-integrated test suites. Develop and review test plans and oversee manual and automated testing. Establish and report quality metrics. Mentor QA engineers and provide technical leadership. Drive defects through resolution with development teams. Participate in code reviews focused on quality and testability. Plan performance, security, usability, and regression testing. Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams. Stay current on QA, AI testing, and automation best practices. Comply with HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Five (5)+ years of QA experience, including leadership experience. Strong coding experience with Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript. Experience building automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
