Full Job Description Job Summary:
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the leading language proficiency test for higher education and global migration. This position is responsible for the administration, organization, and smooth running of IELTS tests in accordance with IELTS rules and regulations in an environment that enables candidates to perform their best. The position is full-time, Thursday-Monday. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with the setup of testing venues by laying a plan for equipment, and test materials in accordance with IELTS regulations, and locating tasks for the team. Closely follow and enforce testing procedures and regulations and liaise between employees and senior management. Training and onboarding new hires. Offering employees performance feedback Communicating business objectives and department goals to their team. Performing quality inspections and assessing processes. Tracking performance metrics and monitoring progress. Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss goals. Developing productivity and performance reports for senior management. Implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside the testing venues. Dealing with queries raised by candidates in accordance with IELTS procedures Dealing with testing irregularities in accordance with IELTS procedures Control and manage the test environment Qualifications and Skills A competent level of English communication Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree Understand and commit to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials. Understand the importance of criteria and protocols related to assessment and test administration. Dependability, reliability, punctuality Customer service skills Appreciation and understanding of differences in cultural communication styles
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
