Stipend :
$60K+/year ▨ General Responsibilities 1. Support quality control and quality assurance activities related to automotive parts development and production 2. Assist in inspecting products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications 3. Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or areas for improvement 4. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related problems 5. Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documents, reports, and inspection records 6. Work with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, and validation activities 7. Help ensure that automotive parts meet customer requirements and internal quality standards 8. Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives 9. Assist with communication between internal departments and suppliers regarding quality-related matters ▨ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Basic understanding of quality control, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Bilingual in Korean and English is required ▨• Benefits• E-2 visa sponsorship and cost support Health insurance provided Lunch allowance (50% covered) Temporary housing provided Phone bill support ($50/month) Paid vacation and sick leave provided: Employees become eligible for prorated PTO benefits in accordance with company policy after 3 months of employment
