This role focuses on validating software features across vehicle electronic systems including powertrain, body controls, safety systems, diagnostics, and communication networks. You will develop and execute software validation test plans, perform hands‑on testing using DAQ and diagnostic tools, analyze system behavior, identify defects, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate closely with software, electrical, and systems engineering teams to improve functionality, safety, and reliability. This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully On-site .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline 3-5+ years of software validation or embedded systems testing experience in automotive, EV, or manufacturing environments Hands‑on experience with embedded software testing, diagnostics, and communication protocols Proficiency with engineering tools such as: Python (automation, scripting, data analysis), CAN tools (Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Kvaser, PCAN), Autosar (Classic or Adaptive), MATLAB / Simulink, Microsoft Office #VIS
