Duration:
4+ Months (Contract to Hire) Minimum Qualifications Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. Strong expertise in API Testing and validation methodologies. Proficiency in test automation using Selenium. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java or Python. Experience testing web, desktop, and database-driven applications. Experience executing automated and manual test suites across both on-premises and cloud-based environments. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices. Working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Broad understanding of information systems, including hardware, software, networking, and their integration with business processes. Ability to analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automated test scripts. Experience driving quality initiatives, process improvements, and testing best practices across projects and teams. Knowledge of test planning, resource estimation, test execution, metrics collection, reporting, and quality governance. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, and Operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented culture. Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business and technical requirements. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for acquiring new technologies and testing practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, desktop, API, and database applications. Build, maintain, and enhance scalable automation frameworks using Java or Python. Validate system functionality, performance, integration, and data integrity across multiple environments. Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track software defects through resolution. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing testing processes, frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms. Analyze requirements and technical specifications to develop effective test strategies and coverage. Monitor test execution, collect quality metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Support testing activities across cloud and on-premises environments while ensuring reliability and scalability of test solutions.
