• Provides daily system support and optimization for software applications, including builds, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and provides training to users based on new or revised functionalities.
• Coordinates and executes system enhancement testing with engineering and technology teams to ensure quality, fit to ask, performance, and securitypliance.
• Partners with engineering teams to ensure software is successfully pushed into production environments and assists with the resolution of launch-related issues.
• Communicates with leadership regarding the status andpletion of business requirements, test cases, and test execution.
• Audits and tests systems regularly to ensure quality and function. Preferred Qualifications
• CompTIA Security+
• Attendance at a Skillbridge or Hiring Our Heroes program.
