$90K - $125K (DOE)A growing semiconductor technology company is seeking an RF Validation and Test Engineer to support the testing, characterization, and validation of advanced RF products. This role works closely with engineering teams to evaluate product performance, develop automated test solutions, and support new product development efforts.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute RF test plans and validation procedures.Design, build, and improve automated test systems for product characterization and data collection.
Perform RF measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes, and related test equipment.
Analyze test data, troubleshoot performance issues, and support product optimization efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.3 or more years of industry experience in RF component or system testing and automation.Strong understanding of RF theory and practical application, including transmission line theory, impedance matching, and noise figure analysis.
Experience with test automation tools such as LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, VBA, Python, SCPI, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience using RF laboratory equipment and test environments.
