Job Description

Neptune North is a newly created joint venture between Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and part of the NYSE-listed Marsh McLennan, and Rokos Capital Management, a global alternative investment fund manager. We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Champaign, Illinois on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be part of a mission to deliver a trading platform to production safely and efficiently, collaborating with Quants, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to automate processes, build new systems, and engineer innovative solutions. Responsibilities Own technical projects and testing processes, actively engaging with business functions across the organization Exercise judgment to understand true business needs beyond stated requirements Challenge current systems and processes to achieve common goals through technical excellence and innovation Stay current with industry and technology trends to keep the organization at the forefront of possibility Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Quants, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure teams, to accomplish shared objectives Qualifications Required Experience working with a high-level programming language such as C#, Java, or Python Experience working with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple teams across the business Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members Strong enthusiasm for technology and appetite to work in a dynamic team environment A pragmatic approach focused on solving user problems rather than pursuing perfect solutions Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field with a minimum 3.3/4.0 GPA or international equivalent Preferred Degree obtained from a top-ranked university
