Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Test Lead for a Contract with a client in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities, ensuring software quality, compliance, and successful delivery of banking applications across complex project environments.
Rate Range:
$37/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Test Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end testing activities for banking applications, including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance governance. Develop and manage test strategies, test cases, test schedules, and testing metrics to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate functional, system, integration, regression, and peripheral testing activities across multiple teams and project stakeholders. Utilize tools such as
JIRA, HP
ALM/Quality Center, Postman, SoapUI, Git, and Maven to manage testing processes, defects, and reporting. Analyze test results, identify risks and issue, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution to ensure application stability and performance. Collaborate with business users, developers, project managers, and QA teams within Agile and Waterfall environments to deliver high-quality banking and financial solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Lead within Banking or Financial Services projects. Strong experience in Test Management, Banking domain testing, Peripheral Testing, defect management, test strategy development, and leading QA teams across complex application environments. JIRA, HP
ALM/Quality Center, Confluence, Postman, SoapUI, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, and experience working in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, with automation testing knowledge preferred. If you are interested in this role, then please click

Pay Details:
