Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement automation opportunities across banking processes and reporting workflowsDesign and deliver RPA / workflow automation solutions for operations, finance, and complianceAutomate regulatory and management reporting (data extraction, validation, reconciliation)Integrate automation solutions with core banking, payments, and data platformsEnsure data accuracy, auditability, and traceability in automated processesCollaborate with business, IT, and compliance teams to define automation requirementsMonitor and optimize automation performance, handling exceptions and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with GDPR, CSSF, ECB, and AML/KYC regulationsDevelop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance standardsDrive continuous improvement and adoption of automation best practicesYour Future at KyndrylThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family. Required Technical and Professional ExperienceStrong experience in process automation (RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)5

• 7 Years in experience in process automation, reporting, or data engineering within bankingExpertise in data automation, ETL processes, and reporting workflowsProficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)Understanding of core banking systems (e.

g., Temenos T24) and data flowsExperience with APIs, scripting (Python/VBA), and system integrationsKnowledge of regulatory reporting and reconciliation processes in bankingFamiliarity with data governance, data quality, and audit requirementsUnderstanding of cloud/data platforms (Azure/AWS)
