Beacon Health System is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-powered and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support exceptional patient care. This role combines hands-on software development, Microsoft Power Platform expertise, and full-stack solution delivery. What You'll Do Design, develop, and deploy AI, automation, and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure, .NET, C#, and related technologies. Lead application development projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support. Analyze complex business processes and create scalable technology solutions. Partner with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications and integrations. Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on high-impact initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, Power Platform, and Power Automate. Experience with full-stack application development and deployment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
