Job Description Lead current-state testing and automation assessments. Evaluate applications, integrations, environments, and testing processes. Define enterprise testing strategy, target-state architecture, and roadmap. Design scalable automation frameworks, standards, and governance models. Identify automation opportunities and prioritize based on business value and risk Review existing Playwright implementation and determine scalability improvements Evaluate compliance, governance, and audit requirements Design test automation architecture Define framework standards and patterns Come up with innovative strategies and solution for automated test evidence capture processes and tools Establish automation-first testing approaches across API, integration, UI and end-to-end testing. Define CI/CD quality gate and test automation integration strategy. Identify, prioritize, and roadmap automation opportunities. Define MVP scope, implementation approach, and success metrics. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SDET and AI Engineering teams. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and execution.
