Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We are looking for an experience AI Automation Specialist to join our company and help us expand the use of AI within our company. Duties Build workflow automations that connect our systems and cut out manual re-keying. Use AI tools to handle document-heavy work, such as supplier data, order confirmations, and service requests. Monitor automations already in production, catch failures, and fix them. Sit with employees to learn their workflows in areas like data entry, ecommerce, purchasing, delivery, and customer service to understand a process before automating it. Write clear documentation so someone else can maintain what you build. Train staff on the tools you roll out. Experience Required Demonstrated experience building AI agents or automated workflows. We care about what you've built, not where you learned it. Fluency with current AI tools and their agentic/coding interfaces, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
Comfortable working outside a browser:
command line/terminal, a code editor or IDE, and reading logs when something fails. Many of the strongest AI tools run in a terminal, not a chat window. Ability to connect AI tools to real business systems: files, APIs, spreadsheets, databases. Familiarity with version control (Git), or the ability to pick it up quickly; what you build needs to live somewhere our team can see and maintain it. Willingness to troubleshoot when something breaks instead of escalating immediately. Clear written communication and documentation habits. Comfortable working with limited direction and checking in efficiently rather than constantly. Nice to have Proficiency in open source AI solutions and agent harnesses; Able to use OpenClaw and Hermes Agent safely. Certificates or badges from Anthropic (Claude Code in Action, Claude on Google Cloud, Model Context Protocol), Google Skills (Deploy Multi-Agent Architectures, Agent Fundamentals, Orchestrate Multi-agent Workflows), OpenAI Academy, Microsoft, AWS, or Coursera. Breadth and recency matter more than which ones. Experience with an automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate). Background in data management, ecommerce, operations, supply chain, production control, logistics, or another role where you automated parts of your own job.
