Job Description
Position Overview The client seeks a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support and maintain Background Record Check (BRC) applications. Responsibilities include functional testing, production support, and assisting the Contact Center and BRC staff to ensure: High system reliability Strong data integrity Exceptional user experience for stakeholders Required Skills Proficiency with SQL Automated testing techniques JIRA (including Xray) Administrative tasks Analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong professional communication Responsibilities Provide expert quality assurance services Perform and lead system tests to meet standards Collaborate closely with applications team Create complex test data for application testing Devise improvements to procedures and future configurations Conduct workflow analysis and recommend improvements
