Tester Development:
Design complete production test systems with best engineering and safety practices in mindPCB Development:
Design and develop printed circuit boards for efficient test implementation using OrCADTest Program Development:
Understand test requirements and customize test programs for specific product(s) using LabVIEW, C++, and Tesec Spektra softwareCross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Engineering, R D, Equipment Engineering, and Process Engineering for the successful launch of new test equipmentDocumentation:
Develop/update Project timelines, Gauge studies, test plans, and internal test control documentsTest System Design:
Choose correct instrumentation for test measurements and design of enclosure that will not impede test results while keeping in mind ergonomic design for operator use and safetyAutomation:
Automate testing and report results in a standard format to meet mil standard requirements for a particular test across the portfolio of parts Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeedEducation:
Graduated in the Fall of 2025 or will graduate in Spring 2026 with a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, electronics, or computer engineeringPower Electronics:
Understanding and experience working with power electronic systems, designs, or componentsLaboratory Equipment:
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and source metersPCB Design:
Eager to learn PCB layout software such as Altium or OrCAD; experience in these or similar tools is a plusProgramming:
Eager to learn software development languages like LabView, Python, or C++; experience is a plusData Analysis:
Hands-on knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as MATLAB, Microsoft Excel, or JMP is a plusTeam Skills:
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skillsMS Suite:
Proficiency using MS suite of tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel- US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
