  • Strong experience in High value payments across 2 or more markets such as CHAPS/Target2/Lynx/RITS/CBPR+/CHATS/CHIPS/Fedwire Â
  • Excellent knowledge of
ISO20022
messaging and guidelines Â
  • Experience in Payments Clearing and Settlement process Â
  • Understanding of the E2E back office payments landscape across Core Banking, Accounting, Reconciliation, Sanctions Screening, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management etc. Â
  • Experience in working in large scale projects with teams across multiple locations. Â
  • Certification in Agile frameworks/SWIFT/Payments/Capital Markets Â
  • JIRA, Automation test tools such as Selenium/Tricentis Tosca Roles & Responsibilities We require a skilled Software Quality Assurance Lead with excellent communication skills.
Candidates should possess substantial domain expertise in Payments and have a comprehensive understanding of test management processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team through all phases of the Application Testing Lifecycle, which includes collaborating effectively with development, business, and other application teams. Â
  • Work closely with Business SMEs and Application Vendor teams to understand Business requirements for ongoing projects, upgrades and enhancements Â
  • Develop Test Strategy to provide adequate test coverage for the agreed scope covering critical business functions and list test approach Â
  • Develop Test Plan with test milestones such as Functional/Regression/Integration/E2E testing to ensure alignment with the Industry milestones/Program roadmap Â
  • Work closely with Product Owner and other stakeholders for Sprint planning and execution in a fast paced Agile environment Â
  • Oversee test execution and provide key Quality Assurance metrics to Program managers and highlight risks/issues/challenges proactively Â
  • Manage and prioritize defects with Application development team/Vendors for fixes Â
  • Provide guidance on Automation strategy for Functional/Regression/Integration testing. Â
  • Maintain repository of Test artifacts throughout the test lifecycle, perform internal review and participate in SDLC Process Audits Â
  • Participate in Release management functions and provide sign off confirming that the final solution meets end user requirements Â
  • Be able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure to meet Industry wide / Organizational deadlines
