The salary range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160-432-$178,257 per year. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.

DESCRIPTION

Patricio Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a candidate to provide test and evaluation support for the Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems, Capability Program Executive - Ground. Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Support the planning for testing events for assigned products or assemblages, participating as needed in operating equipment.
• Evaluate the progress and results obtained; and recommend major changes to achieve overall objectives.
• Review reports on the results of tests.
• Document any recommendations or proposed course(s) of action.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Ability to apply interpersonal skills and knowledge of the DoD 5000 to products being supported.
  
• Ability to utilize MS Office, to include MS Outlook, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word, Teams/SharePoint at an intermediate level.
  
• Have functional knowledge of military operating requirements.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  
• 10+ years of engineering/test experience, including planning, coordinating, executing, documenting, or reporting on developmental, operational, acceptance, or verification/validation testing.
  
• Experience supporting DoD test events preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role requires a mix of light to heavy physical exertion which requires the following physical activities: reaching, shifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. Work may be performed under the full range of miliary environment testing environments.

Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This shall require the Contractor to travel often for various testing events with different units. Most of the travel will be CONUS; however, OCONUS travel may be required at times.
