Job Description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a skilled Test & Evaluation (T&E) Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for software-intensive cyber systems supporting DoD programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in system integration, verification, and testing, and will be capable of developing test strategies, plans, procedures, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute system-level, developmental, and operational T&E activities for cyber systems. Develop Critical Operational Issue Criteria, testing plans, and evaluation methodologies. Analyze T&E data and assess technical documentation for test readiness. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and test readiness reviews. Monitor and report on T&E accomplishments throughout the lifecycle. Assist in the development of test automation tools and methodologies. Coordinate with testing organizations across the T&E lifecycle to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Four additional years of direct relevant technical experience (total of nine years) may substitute for degree requirement.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience related to systems integration, verification, and testing; five years in a test engineer role on a DoD program; and five years in devising test strategies, writing test plans, procedures, and reports.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; ability to coordinate across multiple teams; familiarity with DoD test standards and methodologies; experience with test automation tools.
Work Environment:
Position based in Hanover, MD . Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance .
