Monitor and validate data across platforms such as SWOPS, ePay, payroll systems, and facility management applications. Analyze system logs, operational reports, and incident records to identify process gaps and recurring issues. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, pivot tables, and
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
reports. Assist with automation initiatives for reporting, data validation, inspections, and operational monitoring. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirements. Coordinate with teams and supervisors to verify service quality and accuracy. Generate periodic quality reports and present findings to management. Support onboarding, access management, and system coordination activities.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,poweBI). Knowledge of data analysis and QA methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based systems and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Facility Operations, Quality Assurance, Operations Support, IT Support, or Systems Coordination.
