MO, US As a QA Lead, you will: We are seeking a skilled and proactive

TOSCA QA

Lead to drive our automated testing efforts using the TOSCA platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of model-based testing. You will lead a team of QA professionals, design and implement test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA. Lead the design, creation, and execution of automated test cases and test scenarios. Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into test solutions. Maintain and improve the TOSCA automation framework, ensuring modularity and reusability. Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Manage test data, test environments, and version control for automated assets. Track and report QA metrics including test coverage, execution results, and defect trends. Promote test automation best practices, continuous improvement, and QA governance. Manual/Automated test cases execution Understanding on the Agile methodology

Primary Skills:

Expertise in TOSCA (test case design, test step libraries, execution lists, TDM/TDS DEX etc.) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies. Experience with test management tools JIRA, qTest. Manual DB/ETL Testing Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills:

Experience with API testing or Web application testing in

TOSCA. TOSCA

query Language is a plus. Exposure to performance testing tools or other QA tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven hands-on STLC(Software Testing Life Cycle) experience. Proven working experience QA Automation Design, creation, and execution of automated test cases and test scenarios. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range:

$ 68,500 - 80,500 $ Per Year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
