Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to step into a lead-style role supporting a Salesforce-driven project. This person will primarily oversee testing efforts and coordinate with an offshore QA team, ensuring all test scenarios, execution, and reporting are aligned with business goals. This is less of a hands-on testing role and more focused on guidance, coordination, and quality oversight across the testing lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing Oversee day-to-day QA activities for an offshore testing team (8 resources) Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to review requirements and ensure proper test coverage Validate that test scenarios and test cases are clearly defined and aligned with business expectations Support offshore team by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and removing blockers Monitor testing progress and provide daily status updates to stakeholders Ensure defects are escalated appropriately and tracked through resolution Coordinate testing related to Salesforce data flows (Sales Cloud → downstream systems like CSG) Participate in daily standups and business check-ins to identify gaps or new testing needs Use Jira to track testing progress, defects, and reporting Help drive process improvements across the QA lifecycle What a Typical Day Looks Like Morning sync with offshore QA team to review test execution progress and address issues Meetings with business and project stakeholders to align on priorities and upcoming work Reviewing test scenarios and ensuring proper coverage before execution Monitoring testing execution and troubleshooting blockers Sending end-of-day reporting on testing status, progress, and risks This is onsite 4 days a week in St. Louis. Skills and Requirements 4-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / QA Analyst roles in Manual Testing Strong experience testing within Salesforce (Sales Cloud) environments Experience working with data flows/integrations (Salesforce to downstream systems such as billing platforms like CSG) Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and reporting Strong stakeholder communication and ability to report up to business teams Experience working with and coordinating offshore QA teams Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (test planning, execution, defect tracking) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Exposure to CSG billing systems Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments Light experience with test automation
