Job Description

    Senior QA Lead
  • Location:
    Omaha, NE ( Onsite - 5 Days a week)
  • Job Summary
  • + We are looking for a Senior QA Lead / QA Feature Lead with 8+ years of experience in QA, test automation, and test planning.
+ The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Robot Framework, automation strategy, and leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications. + This role involves defining test plans, driving automation adoption, managing end-to-end testing, and ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Lead test planning, test strategy, and overall QA activities.
+ Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. + Work with Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium for automation. + Manage functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. + Coordinate defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness. + Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery. + Mentor QA team members and promote automation best practices.
  • Required Skills
  • + 8+ years of QA experience + Strong experience in Robot Framework + Expertise in test automation and test planning + Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI + Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript + Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps + Good understanding of Git and version control workflows + Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred Skills
  • + Experience in Agile/DevOps environments + Exposure to performance or load testing + Experience with onshore/offshore teams + Knowledge of complex enterprise applications
  • Education
  • + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field The base salary for this position is $73,000 to $83,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
