Job Requirements Offutt AFB, NE Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a J56 Test and Evaluation Trainer to support cutting-edge research, development, and technical analysis efforts for US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)/J56 and the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC). This role involves advancing mission planning and execution capabilities for strategic deterrence through systems engineering, Agile/DevOps practices, and continuous integration/delivery methodologies. Contractors will be engaged in evaluating and enhancing the survivability, interoperability, and reliability of strategic weapon systems while contributing to planning documents, test and evaluation strategies, and rapid technology fielding efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical NC3 software and systems that shape national defense strategies, collaborating with diverse DoD and government partners to drive innovation and operational excellence in support of the strategic enterprise. This is a full-time position located on-site at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska. Responsibilities Develops and produces SMPES
  • Recap training materials and courseware for incorporation into SMPES formal training program(s); includes operational training aids and video-based training Attends meetings with SMPES
  • Recap developers to provide operational expertise during initial capability development, and post-production phases of SMPES
  • Recap system implementation; includes Discrepancy Reviews (DRs) and cross-talk regularly scheduled meetings Provides operational system training to all SMPES
  • Recap user organizations; includes operational demonstrations, Recap Orientation Course (ROC), Ad hoc training events, exercise, and OT&E Assists LDTO as required to ensure SMPES
  • Recap testing integration success Provides operational expertise during the development of test plans for all SMPES
  • Recap test and training events; includes exercises, Test, and OT&E events Authors and executes test Plans for SMPES and NPES Recap; test cases/test reports/test repository/status
Qualifications Minimum Experience:
Citizenship:
Must be a US citizen
Clearance:
Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience:
12 or more years of relevant experience, to include 5 years of DoD experience
