Minimum qualifications:

Experience discovering systemic issues and debugging. About the job Responsibilities Guide a team of individuals, and set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching. Develop and implement test methodologies and tools to improve product quality, testing efficiency, and validation processes across the organization. Qualify servers, storage devices, and specialized machine learning hardware for Google's data centers. Conduct audits of validation or performance qualification processes to ensure compliance with internal or regulatory requirements. Support testing and product improvement by adapting and implementing tests developed by test engineers.
