Position:
Test Engineer- Signal Integrity Location:
Nashua, NH Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking a Test Engineer- Signal Integrity to join our team located in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities:
  • Design repeatable Signal Integrity experiments to evaluate connector and component performance.
  • Develop metrics and analysis methods that distinguish good components from weak or failing ones.
  • Perform hands-on measurements and rapid experiments to prove or disprove technical hypotheses.
  • Analyze performance degradation using SI simulations, lab measurements, and other multi-domain data sources.
  • Correlate simulations, measurements, and observed product behavior with the SI team.
  • Root cause performance loss and communicate findings clearly to engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain team-wide tools for data intake, automated review checks, visualization, presentation, and shared understanding.
  • Turn recurring manual reviews into reusable scripts, templates, dashboards, or workflows that improve review consistency.
  • Improve analysis workflows and documentation so teams can compare measurements across parts, sites, and programs more quickly.
Qualifications:
  • Signal integrity, high-speed interconnect, RF/microwave, or related electrical measurement experience.
  • Comfort with VNAs, oscilloscopes, TDRs, and practical lab experiment setup.
  • Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for analysis and review automation.
  • Ability to turn messy experimental data into clear conclusions and actionable engineering insight.
