Job Description

Targeted Years of Experience:
5-7 years
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality assurance and testing for new products and services within the Business Organization. The primary objective is to ensure an optimal customer experience and facilitate successful product deployments. Responsibilities include formulating detailed test plans derived from project requirements, executing test suites with precision, documenting and tracking defects to resolution, and collaborating cross-functionally across multiple teams to finalize validation. End-to-End (E2E)
Testing Strategy Governance:
Develop and maintain a robust, overarching E2E testing framework tailored to Wireless Business initiatives. Establish testing methodologies for diverse product components and define technical prerequisites, including software tools, field testing parameters, and laboratory specifications. Aggregate and manage data requirements necessary for testing execution. Lead triage discussions to evaluate, isolate, and prioritize system defects. Execute user-centric test scenarios utilizing wireless point-of-sale systems (e.g., B360, ACSS) and document detailed test findings. Design and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca as required. Log, monitor, and manage defects through resolution utilizing JIRA and qTest. Partner with IT, Product Management, and Technical Quality Assurance teams to remediate issues and assign severity classifications. Evaluate product deployment readiness and present formal executive summaries of testing outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in test strategy formulation and end-to-end quality and service assurance. Five or more years of comprehensive end-to-end testing experience, encompassing both front-end applications and back-end IT/OSS architectures. Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within a high-throughput team environment. Consistent track record of effective collaboration and expertise within a cross-functional team setting. Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and drive deliverables to completion in alignment with established client deadlines. Advanced proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace applications. Hands-on technical proficiency with Jira and qTest platforms. Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities. Prior experience with Wireless products and services is preferred. Extensive experience developing test strategies for integrated hardware and software solutions. Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects involving multi-faceted workstreams and key stakeholders. Superior written and verbal communication competencies. High degree of skill in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications. Demonstrated ability to exercise influence and champion organizational change. Aptitude for prioritizing and executing critical tasks efficiently under high-pressure conditions.

DESIRED SKILLS
