Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance across enterprise applications.

Rate Range:

$40/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Manager Job Responsibilities include:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber to validate application functionality and performance. Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive automated test cases. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis to improve software quality. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and adequate test coverage across applications and releases. Enhance and support the existing test automation framework by implementing best practices, reusable components, and process improvements. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing automation status updates, identifying blockers, and contributing to continuous testing and delivery initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation with a strong focus on Selenium-based automation frameworks. Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber, including developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, defect resolution, and continuous improvement of automation processes.
