Job Description

Overview This is a contractor opportunity. Hours will vary based on student testing needs. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented test administrator (TA) to oversee standardized testing sessions. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that testing procedures are followed accurately and that students have a conducive environment to perform their best. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the testing process. Responsibilities Supervise students during standardized testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing protocols Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring that all items are accounted for before and after the testing period Provide clear instructions to students regarding test procedures and guidelines Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or violations of testing rules Assist students with any questions or concerns during the examination process while maintaining test security Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions Collaborate with educators to support adult education initiatives and enhance the overall testing experience for students Maintain current test administration training credentials Qualifications MUST have appropriate educator or administrator license required for New Mexico Strong understanding of standardized testing procedures and requirements.
