Job Description:

We are seeking an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an AI Workflow & Automation Specialist. This role is designed for a candidate who demonstrates strong business acumen, a process-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience building AI-driven automations - not necessarily the deepest technical AI background. The ideal candidate will be able to rapidly learn our organization's operations at a granular level, map existing workflows across departments, and identify and implement opportunities for AI orchestration and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Engage cross-functionally to develop a thorough understanding of departmental workflows and business processes Map end-to-end workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvement Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that operate with meaningful autonomy Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders Monitor emerging AI tools and platforms and recommend relevant applications to the business

Required Qualifications Professional Experience:

1-3 years in a professional setting such as consulting, operations, data/analytics, or technology operations. Academic projects and internships alone will not satisfy this requirement

Business Workflow Mapping:

Demonstrated experience observing, documenting, and redesigning business workflows in a real organizational context

AI Orchestration:

Proven experience building AI agents or end-to-end automated workflows in a professional or substantive project capacity Passion for

AI:

Genuine, demonstrable interest in the AI space, evidenced by independent experimentation, continuous learning, and informed perspective on the field

Communication Skills:

Ability to learn new business domains without structured onboarding and to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI orchestration platforms such as Stack AI, n8n, LangChain, or equivalent Proficiency in Python, SQL, or API/systems integration Applied experience with prompt engineering or large language models Background in real estate, property management, or financial services Experience collaborating across multiple teams or stakeholder groups
