- Your role and responsibilities
- As a Brand Sales Specialist for Application Integration, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating demand and progressing opportunities to close for the IBM Hybrid Integration portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Create Demand and Opportunities:
Develop and execute strategies to create demand and identify new sales opportunities for IBM Hybrid Integration, driving growth and revenue expansion.- Progress Opportunities to
Close:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to progress opportunities through the sales cycle and ultimately close deals.Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of IBM Hybrid Integration products.- Required technical and professional expertise
- Ability to understand customers' business, goals, and challenges and articulate a solution and value proposition to help them achieve their goals.
- Excellent prospecting skills using multiple tools and methods to effectively prospect across many accounts.
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise sales briefings/meetings.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding a quota.
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software.
- Preferred technical and professional experience
- 5+ years selling API and middleware technology.
- 5+ years selling to state and local governments.
