Months Contract Client:
Mphasis/JPMC Responsible for testing and validating ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions to ensure high-quality, compliant, and user-friendly HR applications. The role involves creating and executing test cases, performing functional, integration, and UAT testing, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and HR stakeholders to identify defects and ensure resolution. The tester will support system enhancements, maintain test documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, Agile methodology, and test automation tools is preferred.
