Job Description
What You'll Do As a Software Tester, you'll play an important role in making sure our insurance technology systems work exactly the way they should — before they ever reach a customer. You don't need to be a programmer. You need to be thorough, communicative, and care about quality. Day to day, you'll: Test software applications to make sure they meet customer expectations Follow test plans and document what you find clearly and accurately Identify bugs, flag issues, and re-test fixes to confirm they're resolved Read through specifications and business requirements to guide your testing Work alongside a supportive team while also managing your own assignments Contribute to testing across billing, claims, workflow, and third-party systems What We're Looking For You don't have to come from a tech background — some of our best team members came from insurance, banking, office administration, and customer service. If you're organized, analytical, and take pride in your work, you'll fit right in. You're a great fit if you have: 1+ years working with computers and software in any professional setting Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong attention to detail — you notice things others overlook Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A problem-solving mindset and a desire to keep learning Bonus points for: An Associate's degree in Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field Any background in the insurance industry A Team That Has Your Back We believe in doing what's right and letting your conscience be your guide. You'll work with a supportive, collaborative team where mistakes are learning opportunities, not reasons to panic.
