Hillsboro, Oregon job type: Contract salary: $53.33 - 72.24 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop and execute validation test plans across functional, electrical, and power/performance SoC subsystems.

Run and maintain silicon system regressions, reporting results to cross-functional engineering teams.

Perform functional, stress, and performance testing using hardware and software debug tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG.Triage, isolate, and debug hardware, software, and firmware issues across the system.

Review and validate platform and system updates submitted by other teams to ensure stability.

qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on engineering-level experience in silicon validation with high-speed IO interfaces such as PCIe, CXL, and SerDes. Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages, specifically Python, C, or C++, along with experience in lab debugging.
